Born from the vision of Mr. A.K. Saini and Mrs. Prema Saini, after quitting their successful corporate jobs in 1994, they embarked on a remarkable journey by founding their own hospitality venture, The Winceys. As a pioneering force in the realms of catering and banquets, we blend our culinary prowess with an innovative “right-first-time” ethos.
Our rich experience includes serving the Indian Armed Forces, catering to esteemed venues such as the Navy Officers’ Club, NOMA Kota House, and various Army Messes, as well as the illustrious Rashtrapati Bhavan, educational institutions, and prestigious clubs. Our ambition is to elevate standards within the food industry and make a significant impact on the nutritional well-being of the Indian nation.

With over 30 years of experience in the catering industry, they founded the company after successfully serving in the corporate sector. Their personal touch has been a defining feature of the business, which has catered, Club catering, catering to more than 200,000 functions and includes the establishment of botha restaurant and a cloud kitchen.

Mr. Megnath Gautam
General Manager
With seventeen years of experience in the hospitality sector, he has held senior management positions in esteemed hotels, including the Victoria International Hotel, Hi-Vision Foods in Mumbai and Gujarat, and Kamath Hotels throughout India. His professional journey spans multiple countries, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

CATERING
